2 more day to go and that means I haven't been posting for 2 months! There is definitely ups and downs in life when I was away from blogging. There is a new release of a Canon SLR today and it is the long waited EOS60D. It is a great disappointment. I expected 60D to be the first camera with the new DIGIC 5 imaging process but unfortunately, it is the DIGIC 4.. All I've got to do is wait..

Genting Day 1

It was a morning coach ride to Genting Highlands. Some how, my mind was too excited that I had insomnia the day before. Does it happen to you? The time that I was waiting for finally arrived after 3 months of wait. Coach departed from Tampines 1 for Genting at 6 A.M. What will you do during a 6 hours ride? For me, I was pretty tired therefore after the checkpoints, I dozed off. Stop overs in between long journey is definitely something I look forward to :] Have you noticed that when you are going on a holiday, the trip to your destination is always very slow while the return trip is way faster? It is physiological I guess. Finally, I reached the peak :] Checked in to the hotel and the view from the window was awesome! Luggage aside, off to the Indoor Theme Park. My last visit was in year 2002, which is 8 years since I left the grounds of Genting Highlands.

Time flies. 1 month of vacation is ending at 12 midnight. It was like a dream. Genting update coming up.

That was 19 days since I last blogged. During this 19 days of my life, there is alot that happened. From preparation for exams to getting back of result and to enjoying post exams activities.

Cleaning up the beach and a class barbecue was what took place 5 hours ago.

I have to admit that this few hours of bonding time with my classmates really showed how important it is to bond together as one. I really have to thank all of my friends who spent their time together with me :D Today will mark another day of good memories. A very big thank you to those mentioned below.

Having a fused bulb is not something you want to know first thing in the morning. Without light you cannot see, without light there will not be photos. Knowing the importance of light, I went to the nearest hardware shop to get a replacement. After I got the bulb, I walked home under the scorching hot sun, which cause me to sweat like nobody's business.

Upon reaching home, I replaced the bulb in my refrigerator, everything was working fine. 5 minutes later, I open up the refrigerator door, the bulb went flickering and there was a black out.. The bulb fused again. I was definitely the poor workmanship. I went to another hardware shop at Tampines Mart. This time, it is working well.

You should know how it feels to waste your efforts.

I have been slacking for the whole day except for a few hours doing my homework.. There is going a test on Monday for both Chemistry and POA... I need to do my revisions!!! Chemistry is the bigger problem as compared to POA!!!

Looking forward to next Tuesday and Friday as I am going to get my retainers on Tuesday and Friday is going to be my school's speech day :D Well, today's English lesson was the most enjoyable one ever since the year started. Why? It is the first sesson that we did fourm discussion. :] School was fine today, nothing intereting actually. Did you notice that I update everyday?

I practice my English through blogging.. Well, when I was looking through my older posts, I noticed that my grammar and my sentence structure is getting better.. My braces are off my teeth!! The feeling of a mouth not containing metal is back, but I am not used to it. 2 years with braces and suddenly it is not there.. There will be a huge difference :D My teeth are straight!! Will be going back for retainers next Tuesday :]

My Companion

Very soon, my companion will be leaving me after severing me for 2 years. Well, although it brought me pain sometimes, I still want to thank it for helping become a better person. 2 years passed very fast, it was like a blink of an eye. Who is my companion? It is for me to know, and for you to find out :D

I just need more practice. I will definitely get what I want :D

It's April Fools Day :D Are you one of the "fool" out there?? I am definitely not. I was alert through out the day, so therefore I was not tricked by anyone :]

I have just noticed that when I am sad, I will get myself mashed potatoes and start eating them. When I am happy, you will see me eating sugar rolls. So when you see me eating either one of them, you should know what mood am I in at that particular moment. This is a really big hint..

Apparently, it sucks when you are accused of something you did not do, I hate that to the core!! Totally.. I am seriously finding ways to help myself. So please let me have my doings.. My efforts are not seen by you.. I am sorry to disappoint you but I am currently doing my best.. Give me a little more time and I will prove it to you..

School was all right today but somehow or another, I ate mashed potatoes after school. I have no idea why but yup, I ate MASHED POTATOES.. :[

Looking at the time wrongly really sucks. I thought it was 6.30am when I saw my phone. Also I realized my alarm did not go off.. So I went to get myself washed up thinking that my phone was not in normal working condition. While I was doing that, I noticed that the environment was really quiet than it should be. Something is really wrong. After which, I stared into the wall clock and I went WTH.. It is 5.40am. How silly can I be, went back to sleep for a short while and then I went to school.

The full moon brightens up the night sky.. Today's moon is exceptionally round and bright!! If I were to have a 300mm, I will be happy for today. I think I am picking up in my Math with the help of revision papers, I will try my very best to do my practices and I will definitely get my results:D Go for it Ben!! :]

School was fine today. The only thing which I am pissed with is the last minute information of ASP. Have Math to finish :D

Earth Hour is definitely something I look forward to. I was fortunate to witness this year's Earth Hour when dining at at restaurant at Raffles City.. The city lights were switched off and it was definitely an unusual scene as it only happen once a year:D

Ultimate Frisbee Competition tomorrow, held at 8 in the morning. Got to wake up at 6.45 and reach school by 7.20, just to set up all the speakers and those technical stuff.. I am there not as a competitor but a AV personnel... I don't know what to say but seriously, sleeping time is wasted.. I just recovered from my 1 week of sickness.. I do not wish to fall sick at this critical moment.. I am willing to sacrifice my sleep but I hope my effort of waking up early in the morning will not go to waste.. I will blow up very easily if anyone get on my nerves, even small matters.. Trust me.. So yup..

Sports meet at Tampines stadium failed due to the heavy downpour. All the effort for preparing this event have gone down the drain, I feel sorry for those people who planned for this day. Finally I talked to someone about volunteering for a particular school event.. Hope it is going to be successful as it is going to be a very good experience. I am exhausted :[

It suck to loose information stored in the thumb drive.. The bad new is, thumb drive broke:[ It was plucked into my computer and it was sticking out.. What happened was, my extremely heavy school bag just tumbled down the chair and hit the fragile part of it.. There goes my poor thumb drive. I am sorry my poor thumb drive :[

Well, I was not feeling well for the past 5 days.. Fever, flu, sore throat and cough.. Definitely recovering from all those stupid sickness that blunt my days. I would like to thank those kind souls out there for wishing me a speedy recovery:D You guys are the best :]

Everything in school is going smoothly as it should be and the only thing is that there is tons of homework~~ There will be tuition later on and I am currently very tired.. Seriously, I am wondering how am I suppose to cope later..

Well.. Something extra to share... It is my third friend that got an expensive toy for themselves and guess what? I am getting jealous.. I want that toy!! Without it, I do not have my feel and I will probably not be able to compose it properly. Somebody, fund me!! :D

The CCA fair I attended today was awesome!!! My pictures taken today was not as noisy!!! Thanks to ISO64!!

First day of school was fine but the most shocking thing is that we got the same Form Teacher, Form Tutor and classroom, that we had for last year. Having all these, is as if we are still in Secondary 3. Nothing much was done actually. Finally got my CCA's banner up after muiltiple times of removing in and out.

It's my 15th Birthday!! I have turned 15!! :] Extremely happy!! Well I slept at around 1am today and woke up at 8am.. Just got back from Simei as I was at Han River having my Lunch!! Indeed a very full one!! Kinda like dining there as there is a magnificent view of planes landing into the airport!! Before that, I was at Tampines Mall's Golden Village watching 2012. It a thrilling and also a very nice show!! You should watch it!! I was the second ticket buyer of the day and the first to get in to the Cinema's theater! Felt very honored!! ;]

I ate a lot of flour for lunch yesterday!! All because I ate a "Murtabak", an Indian dish. It is a hug piece of "Roti Prata" filled with chicken's meat, egg and onion. Can you imagine eating it all by yourself?? Adding on, I made a mistake on ordering my lunch.. I should not have order another piece of "Plain Prata".. Just that "Murtabak" can make me extremely full.. I forced myself to eat whatever I have ordered as I believe that flour is easily digested :] After lunch was simply boring..

It's a Saturday!! I was rotting at home.. Watching television programme and surfing the net was what I did to kill time.. That was my typical boring day...

This is Ben blogging live in my cousin house :] Just got back from my auntie's house and now I am at my cousin's house chilling out... I am very happy today!! As after I left my aunt's house, my parents and I went to fetch my sister at the Singapore Expo but before that I was at the Changi Business Park and that was the time that made me extremely happy!! Admiring planes landing!! Saw both Singapore Airline's and Qantas's 747, Silk Air and the mother of all planes, Singapore Airlines A380!! All those planes flew above my head except the A380 which was viewed from a distance :] Well did nothing much except for watching television programmes.. That was my day! Having Mac for supper!! Playing YS!!

Some updates on yesterday.. Was down for Home Front Security Course and HTA and the reporting time was 8 in the morning.. Can you imagine waking up at 5 in the morning and MRT down to Boon Lay and must reach at 8?? Seriously very tired on that day itself.

After reaching HTA, marched to the auditorium for lectures and this particular only was damm boring I can say. Lecture all the way till a 20 min refreshment. Got to gobble up the food and also use the time to snap pictures.. After the lecture there was a 20 MCQ test, which was kind of easy..

After the course ended, bused to Boon Lay and lunch at Jurong Point.. Chicken Pepper Lunch is always delicious :] MRTed to Joo Koon then all the way back to Tampines which is like one end to another.. Was bored on the train therefore a childish game with Alex and Amos.. Betting how many passengers will get in and out of the train at each station..

Went to school today for LEAP lesson and in between there was a 1 hour break so Gretchen, Jia Xuan, Yue Shan, Shu Xian and I went to the food court for breakfast.. After school, walked to mac (with the same people) to discuss about our class BBQ..

That's about it.. :]

Got back my report book today!! I failed Math, which was expected.. These are my grades: English, A2.. Math, D7.. Science, C5.. Chinese, B4.. Combined Humanities, B4.. POA, B3.. Overall Percentage: 65.3.. Well not very good I guess..

In the morning, we had breakfast with teachers after short assembly in hall. Purpose of us going to the hall is to bid a farewell to our Principal, Mrs Sng. After which went back to class to proceed with our breakfast:] More that half of my class's population and I had MacDonald's Sausage McMuffin going with Iced Milo. After which, Mdm Chin, form tutor, brought ice-cream (Wall's Magnum) from her office to our class and distributed it to us!! Both of our teacher's treat so therefore thank you Mdm Chin and Mdm Sabarah!!.

After school, walked home with Lisa and went for lunch with Damien. After kunch, came home and played online games with Damien.. Slept from 2+ till 5+ :] Woke up, bathed. That's about it...

I am blogging again!! :] Holidays are approaching!! This means that I do not have to wake up that early, need not do any homework, no tuition!! Something I will be looking forward to is getting back of my report book!! It is some kind of a passport for me to get my SLR which I wanted to get since the start of the year... Wish me luck people!! School ended early today as there is O level examinations going on. Even though holidays have not started, I am already thinking of how I want to spent it.. Well, please ask me out for photography trips and etc. I will definitely be interested!! After this post is published, I will be working hard to simulate Apache (A helicopter)in YSflight :]I crashed many times and practice make perfect!!

After checking the long mark sheet during today's first 2 periods, I kinda failed 1 subject instead of 2.. The subject I failed is Math.. Those are free periods I can say, as all we have to do is to check our result and slack is the word I can use to describe what we are doing after checking of results :]

After which, it was English lesson.. Got back my oral result and it was not too bad!! Highest in class.. Delighted when I heard that!! Actually, Miss Denise missed out my name on the list of top scorers and because of that, I am frightened that either I did badly or not up to my expectations. I have high expectations on myself!!

Chemistry lesson was simply bored.. Going through of exam scripts was what we did for the whole 2 periods!! Chinese lesson was also another 1 period that we slacked through out.. Chatting is what we did!! After recess, I had Geog lesson. We watched a movie till halfway as 10 minutes of the time was taken away due to technical problems.. :[ But eventually, the problems was solved!! :]

After school, went back home for a shower and off for training :] Had IPP testAKA In Place protection. Practice session for the inter-unit quiz and we are off for games :] Did not participate in any of them as I am the photographer for the unit, therefore I have to snap pictures.. After training, went to Tmart's bus stop and bused home!!

Showered and had my dinner and what I did next was to upload all pictures taken today.. Update my unit's blog and now I am updating my own blog!! Obvious rite?? Haha :]

Results are out!! Those I did well are really good while those I did badly are really bad.. I don't feel like mentioning it anymore.. My day's mood it ruined by those bad results.Completely ruined and very pathetic results I got.. I don even know how to face my parents.. Well, my sponsor flew away.. Nvm.. Even though there will be no sponsors, I will still be getting what I want to get.

Told Ms Farrah about my result and she is happy!! Post exam activity was fun but did not really enjoyed and thanks to someone, tomorrow's mood is ruined too.. That someone is only acting and doing it for the sick of doing it.. I am perfectly fine and this is what you get if you do not think before you say..

I am clueless on how my Dad and Mom is going to react later when they both return from work.. not matter what happens, I deserve it. I broke my promise. Sorry Dad and Mom. I gave my best. Filled with emotions now.. Well I have not mood and patience to continue blogging.. So yup..

School is resuming tomorrow. Well at least I have enjoyed this few days of vacation!! Just ate my dinner, a delicious meal.. Before that, I was at my cousin house playing flight simulator and I have even recorded it!! In the morning, I went to get some groceries needed for tonight's dinner, which is curry. The coconut milk was out of stock so I got to go somewhere else to buy it. After lunch, Walked to Tampines Mart to get it and bused home!! Not for long, I went to my cousin house till just :] Yup and so that's my day!!

Exams are officially over!!!! It's time to celebrate!!! Papers on Friday was manageable. Did nothing really meaningful but slacked.. Went to Sim Lim Square to meet Andrew and Jeremy yesterday and bought my camera's charger as it just broke down.. Was fooling around there and shooting pictures of random stuff. Main purpose is to increase Andrew's 5D MKII's shutter count!! Jeremy bought his 500D yesterday and that cost him $1610 if I am not wrong which consist of accessories. After which, trained back to Tampines with Andrew and friend as they are going for prawn fishing at Pasir Ris. Bused to get dinner and walked homed :] Now rotting at home.. Meeting Mom, Dad and Sis later at Tampines swimming complex as we are going for a Japanese dinner!! Yummy!!
